Words That Identify and Tell of Messiah
Seed of Judah
The following verse from Genesis 49:10 is a prophecy spoken by Jacob... this verse concerning Judah refers to the Messiah (in this translation (NKJV) using the term ''Shiloh'' which is not used in other translations):
''The scepter shall not depart from Judah, Nor a lawgiver from between his feet, Until Shiloh comes; And to Him shall be the obedience of the people.''
To Messiah (Him) shall the nations be obedient. Messiah will come out of the Tribe of Judah, will be a King, and will come before 70C.E.
